Lisa Marie aka Truckin Lisa Marie is a stunning dark chestnut. She is an own daughter of Kevin Stallings' winning stud, NMSU Truckin Chex. Better known as Elvis, this stud won many world AQHA and NRCHA Open Bridle titles and tallied up lifetime earnings of over $185,000 before retiring with an injury. We like this stud for his longevity - he was winning Open Bridle titles against his own offspring in the arena before he retired.

Although LIsa Marie was never shown, she has three full siblings, two of which have show records. Her siblings by NMSU Truckin Chex and out of Loeletas Tivio include Leapin Lindy Chex, who was shown just once before joining the broodmare band. Lindy won two First Place positions in the 5 year old and under, Working Cow Horse, Non Pro class at her only show. Lisa's other full sibling with earnings, Cashin Nu Chex started showing as a 3 year old and won just under $5,000 in the Non Pro class at a single show. By the end of his 5 year old year he had over $15,000 in earnings recorded. There's no doubt that LIsa has the genetics of champions!

As a broodmare, Lisa has blessed us with a number of gorgeous babies sired by the well known reiner, Shiners Voodoo Dr.

Her first, Grace Ann aka Graceland Voodoo Dr, born in 2016, was at her side when we brought Lisa home. Grace Ann now lives and competes on the west coast of Canada and has amassed over $1,000 in winnings in 2022 alone.
Lisa's next foal, a colt, was born in 2017. King aka Voodoo Truckin Tivio was raised on the ranch, lightly shown in Alberta and then sold in 2022 at the Bots Sots Remount Sale in Sheridan Wyoming. He now enjoys life in Oregon with his new owner.
A second colt, Memphis aka Voodoo Is In Memphis, born in 2019 was purchased to be a reining star. He unfortunately suffered a career limiting injury and is standing at stud in Alberta.

Lisa has produced two further foals, which are both at the ranch.

Riley aka Reys Truckin TIvio by Reys From Heaven in 2021 and
Luna aka Truckin Luna Picasso sired by Cat Picasso in 2022.

We are anxious to watch these youngsters get started and show us their talents. Both are very sensible, athletic and well put together sorrel fillies.

Lisa is a quiet mare but don't be fooled. She has definite ideas and will get her way unless you are very quick and clever. She was not started as a youngster because of her abundance of attitude but with time, she has become a solid ranch horse, often used for gathering cattle or toting children on trail rides.
