Reye is a friendly, quiet mare, easy to catch at pasture.  She was bred for cutting and trained by Dave Cummings.  She has some arthritis slowing her down and has graduated to the brood mare band.  We have been treating her with a course of Adequan, which has her looking and feeling young again.

She came to us because she had not been getting along well in her herd. With a foal on board, we were happy to take her in and get to know her.

She is an excellent mama, keeping her foal safe and teaching her manners.  Reye throws big, handsome colts and handles pregnancy and foaling without difficulty.  She would be a good candidate for an embryo surrogate if you don't want to pursue her Dual Rey genetics.
